As an award-winning and respected real estate professional with a keen eye for detail, expert negotiating skills and diligence throughout every step of a transaction, André Warren epitomizes integrity and creative service in real estate. Focused advocacy is core to his methodology when representing properties and the interests of his clients.
Though raised in the entertainment industry as the son of an Emmy award- winning director, after graduating from UCLA, André embarked on a 25+ year career in the fashion industry. As the Vice President of Marketing, and Brand Development for the world’s leading fashion expo company, André earned a reputation for professionalism, tenacity and impeccable service. A collaborative problem-solver with a fine-tuned business acumen, André is proud to bring his multi-disciplinary skill set, and extensive professional network to The Agency’s Sherman Oaks office.
An alumni of Oakwood High School in North Hollywood, André is married with two daughters, Ella and Sarah. In his spare time, André is an avid cyclist, photographer and always enjoys a great music playlist. He supports numerous philanthropic causes related to education and women’s empowerment.
