Discover an extraordinary opportunity to build a world-class private estate on nearly 20 acres of secluded land at the end of Williams Canyon Rd., just off Santiago Canyon Rd. Tucked behind an exclusive gated setting with only a few neighboring properties sharing the private road, this property offers exceptional privacy while backing directly to the National Forest and surrounded by breathtaking canyon and nature views.Despite its peaceful, retreat-like setting, the property is only minutes from the 241 Toll Road, shopping, and everyday conveniences. Infrastructure is already in place, including some installed retaining walls, electricity, water, and phone service. There is also an installed septic system, propane tank and a fresh water well. The permitted partially completed pool could be transformed into a spectacular infinity-edge pool overlooking the surrounding hills and natural landscape. The property also includes drainage improvements designed to divert water runoff. Plans were previously designed for an impressive three-level, 28,000 sq ft custom Scholz Design estate, and the Orange County Fire Authority had approved the proposed design and setbacks for construction at the time. The property also benefits from legal recorded access via Williams Canyon Rd., providing secure and an undisputed entry. This lot offers the opportunity to truly live off the grid if desired. Build your forever home, create a private estate compound, keep horses, raise farm animals, or plant orchards or vineyards. This is an incredibly rare chance to create a luxury retreat with key infrastructure already in place.
